Tracey has 25 years of experience as a Business and Resource Developer, Project Manager and Marketer for nonprofits, campaigns, start-ups, small businesses, universities, foundations, and hospitals. Wiseman has worked with C-Suite leadership, boards of directors and startup entrepreneurs, offering expertise in business growth strategies and multi-party initiatives.  

Tracey established her career in fundraising as the Major Gifts Director for the Rem Koolhaas Campus Center at Illinois Institute of Technology. Tracey also served five years as a Strategic Planning Instructor at the University of Chicago’s Nonprofit Management Certificate program. 

Tracey holds a B.S. in Urban Studies and an M.P.A. in Research Methodology from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs,  Indiana University.  She is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a graduate of the New York Center for Management Executives
